We have revitalised the Millennium House Community Centre to meet the growing demand for community-use spaces in Melbourne’s western suburbs. Located near Footscray shopping hub, Victoria University, and Seddon train station, this 1960s-built facility has been transformed into a modern, multipurpose hub. Our redevelopment includes a large community hall, meeting rooms, function spaces, and flexible areas, bringing the centre up to 21st-century standards. Millennium House serves as a dynamic and welcoming space for the local community to gather, connect, and thrive.

Completed in late 2023, we delivered seven luxury apartments at 14-16 Wardrop Grove, Northcote, creating a serene and functional living environment for the Sisters of the Good Samaritan. The development features spacious outdoor areas, easy-access basement parking, and breathtaking views of the eastern suburbs. Ideally positioned within walking distance of Northcote High Street, these residences provide both comfort and convenience, making them a cherished asset for the SGS Congregation.

Renew Constructions were awarded the contract to build the first mixed use building in the heart of Flinders. The project consisted of five residential apartments with balconies to the first floor and three shop spaces on the ground floor. Both residential and commercial spaces were snapped up quickly – a great result for Renew and our clients.
