Construction works are well underway on our recently commenced Kolbe Middle School Stage 2 project. With design works by the talented team at Smith + Tracy Architects, we are looking forward to working with the team once more. Having previously been the preferred builder for Stage 1 works at Kolbe (food tech and chapel buildings), we were wrapped to win the tender for the Stage 2. The middle school building consists of 2 levels including classrooms, common areas, staff amenities, kitchen and lift. School management were thrilled to have Renew back on site which is a testament to the relationship we were able to form with them in Stage 1 works.
